How can I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking information. Simply click the link contained in the e-mail to see the status of your shipment. This may take up to 48 hours from the order processing to get to your email.


You can also check on the status of your order by logging into your account. 


1) Login to your FilterEasy account here.

2) On your account dashboard, you will see all recent shipments for your subscriptions. 

3) See status or tracking link for the shipments you are inquiring about.
