Of course, we don’t want you to leave us, but with FilterEasy, there are no contracts. You can cancel at any time without penalty. Just be sure to give us notice before your upcoming shipment(s). Cancellation requests need to be received by the first day of the month prior to your scheduled shipment. This gives us time to properly complete your subscription cancellation. If you cancel after an order has shipped, that order will be your last from us.
