How Do I Cancel/ Unsubscribe from My Subscription / Membership?

At FilterEasy, we strive to ensure that our service is convenient, sustainable, and affordable for you. As an alternative to cancellation, here are a few adjustments you can make to your account in order to create a plan that caters to your home’s needs:

 To delay your next shipment and payment: 

Please call us at 1-800-308-1186 or email us at Hello@FilterEasy.com and tell us when you'd like the next one to go out! :)

 To change how often you receive filters:

  1. Log in to your account at FilterEasy.com/login.
  2. Click the address of the subscription you'd like to edit.
  3. From here, you can choose to have your filter interval on step 3.  Changing this will not change your next shipment date, so if you would like to delay shipments, see the instructions above. 
  4. If you would like to have your filters delivered less often than every 3 months, please contact our Member Experience

To choose a lower or higher filter quality:

  1. Log in to your account at FilterEasy.com/login.
  2. Click the address of the subscription you'd like to edit.
  3. Click "Edit Subscription".
  4. Choose between our LiteAllergen, MicroAllergen, and SuperAllergen filters on step 2. 
  5. Verify step 3 and 4, then click “Update Subscription” to apply and view your changes. Remember, you will not be charged until your next shipment date!
